These terms apply when you order food from Hazara Spice through hazaraspice.co.uk, by phone or in person. Hazara Spice is operated by Hazara Spice Limited (company number 15930618), 3 Albert Street, Nelson, Lancashire, BB9 7EY. By placing an order you agree to these terms.
Ordering
- When you place an order you will receive a confirmation. A contract is formed when we accept your order.
- All food is cooked fresh to order. Preparation and delivery times shown are estimates and may be longer at busy times.
- Menu items are subject to availability. If an item is unavailable we will contact you to offer an alternative or a refund for that item.
- Some dishes, such as our Weekend Royal Nashta specials, are only available on certain days.
Prices and payment
- All prices are in pounds sterling (£) and include VAT where applicable.
- Delivery charges and any minimum order value for your postcode are shown before you pay.
- You can pay by card through our secure payment provider Stripe, or by cash on delivery or collection where offered.
- We try to make sure all prices are correct. If we find a pricing error we will contact you before your order is prepared.
Delivery and collection
- We deliver across Nelson and the surrounding Pendle area. Please make sure your address and phone number are correct.
- If nobody is available to receive a delivery, we will try to call you. We may not be able to refund orders that cannot be delivered because of incorrect details.
- Collection orders can be picked up from 3 Albert Street, Nelson, BB9 7EY.
Allergies and dietary requirements
All the meat we serve is halal. Our kitchen handles gluten, dairy, eggs, mustard, sesame, nuts and other allergens, so we cannot guarantee any dish is completely free from allergens. Please tell us about any allergy before you order and ask our team for allergen information about any dish.
Cancellations, refunds and complaints
Because food is prepared fresh to order, please see our Refund and Complaints Policy for how cancellations and refunds work.
Our responsibility
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
